How To Submit Duplicate Candidate Records

How To Submit Duplicate Candidate Records For Merging

From the internal landing page, select “Report A Duplicate” button.

Click “Start” on the “Report A Duplicate” screen

Fill in your First and Last name, do not enter the candidate’s information here. Click “Next” after inputting your full name.

Note your ticket number and select “Next.”

Enter your Forge email address, do not enter the candidate’s email address, click “Next.”

Select your Forge office from the dropdown list, click “Next.”

Enter the candidate’s first and last name, click “Next.”

Enter the Candidate ID Number of the candidate record that you would like to keep as the main record, then click “Next.”

List the candidate ID(s) that you would like to merge into the main record, then click “Next.”

Verify that the SSN’s on all profiles match. If they are different select “No,” if the SSN’s do match, then select “Yes” and then click “Next.”

Verify that the Date of Birth on all profiles match. If they are different select “No,” if the Date of Birth does match, then select “Yes” and then click “Next.”

If you have any screenshots, upload them at this screen by either dragging and dropping them into the box or by selecting “Browse Files.” Once all files have been uploaded, clcik “Submit” to submit the duplicate record for merging.

Your ticket has now been submitted and the merge will be completed. If the corporate team has any questions, they will reach out via email to the market email address.
