In Bullhorn, open the “Bowling Alley” menu and select Candidates
From the candidates screen, click on the search bar
Under “Additional Criteria” click the + sign to “Add a Field To Search.” This will add two drop down boxes. In the first box select “General Candidate Comments.” Once you select General Candidate Comments, the second box should automatically select “Include All,” and a third box should appear. In the third box type in “QA[CompanyName],” in this case it would be “QAMastronardi.” Then click Search.
From there a list of candidates will populate that shows you everyone who has applied specifically for that position.
