Please join me in congratulating Jessica Sweder on her well-deserved promotion to Manager of Operations in our South Bend market!!!

Jessica began her career with Forge in July of 2013 as a part time Service Coordinator in our Holland location working the closing shift (6 pm – 12 am).  She was quickly recognized as a dependable team member with great potential so she was moved into a full time key role as the lead contact for our largest client, Gentex.  Jessica transferred to the Elkhart market in September of 2017 and transitioned into the Office Administrator role.  Jessica was invited into LDP and completed both Phase 1 and Phase 2 by April of 2019.  Jessica was promoted to Assistant Manager of Operations in Elkhart in July of 2019.  Jessica then moved over to the South Bend market in July of 2020 and has been an instrumental part of our rebuilding in this market including successfully relocating our operations recently.  New location, new Manager and a renewed focus to growing the business!  😊

Prior to Forge, Jessica was a Lead Teacher-Trainer for 12 years at Tutor Time.  She loves to travel and just recently booked her 7^th cruise set to sail February 2022.  Jessica enjoys relaxing with a glass of wine and reading a good book or coloring, especially while at work.  She married the love of her life, Vinnie, in April of 2019.  Jessica does not have any children but considers her husband to be one since he is the biggest goof-ball ever….but he spoils her rotten so it’s worth it she says.  😊

Please join me in congratulating Katie Stull on her promotion to Senior Service Coordinator in the Holland market!!!

Katie started with Forge in December of 2019 as a Service Coordinator in our Muskegon location.  She made a positive impact through her ability to learn quickly, build relationships, and by providing excellent customer service.  Katie transferred to our Holland location in January and has completed Phase 1 of our LDP.  Prior to Forge, Katie was a Sales Associate in the retail industry and also completed an HR internship at Davenport University where she graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Human Resources.  It should be noted that Katie was on the President’s list all semesters in college…very impressive! 😊

Outside of work, Katie enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband. They enjoy boating, trips to the beach, hiking and riding their Harley. She also enjoys watching and playing sports (especially Rugby, Football and Baseball).  Katie was a collegiate Rugby star!  She’s a tough cookie! 😊

Please join me in congratulating Kim Blake on her promotion to Senior Office Administrator in our South Bend market!!!

Kim is one of the most tenured staff members in the company starting her career way back in the 90’s!  April 4th of 1998 to be exact.  Kim has been a consistent top performer in the South Bend market and our only constant during many changes over the years.  Kim truly embodies our company mission statement- she treats everyone with respect, works in a disciplined manner, demonstrates a passion for helping others, and she is a fun person to work with!  Kim has a heart of gold!  She is a great example of top notch customer service through her genuine caring approach.  Enough can’t be said for how wonderful a person Kim is and what a great asset she is to the South Bend market and the company as a whole.  Kim excelled through phase 1 of LDP.

Prior to her career at Forge- Kim worked at a Dr’s office and at a bank.  She is also an Auctioneer and performs Estate Sales in her free time.

Fun Facts- Kim enjoys spending time with her family and reading a good book.   Also, she never heard of Funyuns until last week when I mentioned them in the office.  I know, I thought everyone loved Funyuns.

Please join me in congratulating Evalyse Quesada on her promotion to Senior Service Coordinator in the DTW-Livonia market!!!

Evalyse began her Forge career in 2014 as a Service Coordinator in Livonia. Evalyse has grown and earned the respect of her team over the years with her job knowledge, integrity, and ability to live the Forge motto.

Evalyse got her start in the work force at T-Mobile and at a local dollar theatre before joining our Livonia team. She has been a huge piece of the puzzle in Livonia with her go getting attitude, quick ability to learn and make decisions, problem solving competency, and her consistency.  Evalyse helps lead our team and is well versed in her position as a service coordinator, administrator, and often an on-site representative. The Livonia team and management rely on her impressive skill set and abilities to prioritize and multi-task to meet and exceed our client’s needs.

Evalyse has successfully completed the LDP Phase 1 and has earned a well-deserved promotion to Senior Service Coordinator.

When not rocking at her job, Evalyse enjoys spending time with her growing family in their new home and watching Game of Thrones.
